Partial Refunds

Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds are generally not provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds may be considered within 14 days of initial purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed. After this period, refunds will not be issued, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Content purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates is subject to the same refund policy. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be the actual amount paid, not the original non-discounted price.
Bundle Purchases
For bundled course packages or learning paths purchased together:
- Refunds are evaluated based on the entire bundle, not individual components
- Partial refunds for unused portions may be considered at our discretion
- Bundle pricing benefits may be forfeited if partial refunds are issued
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:
- Your account access will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will provide transaction evidence to your financial institution
- Resolution of disputes may take 30-90 days depending on your institution

Exchange Policy
While we do not offer direct exchanges, if you wish to switch to different educational content of equal or greater value, please contact our support team. We will evaluate such requests on an individual basis.

Account Credits

- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Will be forfeited if the account is closed
